X-ray flaw detector machine of ship tank
Products
The ship tank x-ray flaw detection machine was successfully developed in 1998 and obtained a national patent. In January 1999, the machine passed the technical appraisal organized by the State Ministry of Construction. The device is composed of self-attaching crawling host, remote control station and auxiliary crawling approach bridge.
The operator uses the remote control station to control the machine, which climbs and tightly attaches itself to any surface via suction and with the help of auxiliary creeping approach bridge.
Then, the operator pilots the machine to look for any weld joints that need to be inspected with a 360 degree field of vision. If the machine comes across any weld joints that need repairing, these will be displayed via a monitor at the remote control station. The operator then can align and repair the suspect joints before with machine before using it to take a high pressure radiographic film to complete the inspection.
